These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Girder AI website, contact forms, and related communications provided by Girder AI Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including the Girder AI messaging program. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Website information and services

This website describes our AI discovery, consulting, prototyping, and related services. Website information is provided for general informational purposes. Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship, place an order, or commit either party to a project. Project scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms, confidentiality, and ownership of project work will be set out in a separate written agreement. That agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms for the services it covers.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information and use the website lawfully. You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, or use our forms to send unlawful or abusive content. Only provide contact information you own or are authorized to use.

4. Inquiries and submitted content

You retain ownership of information you submit and authorize us to use it to review your inquiry, respond, and provide requested support. Do not submit confidential business information, sensitive personal data, or proprietary materials through the public contact form unless we have separately agreed to receive them. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

Website content, branding, and designs belong to Girder AI Inc. or their respective owners. You may view the website and use it to evaluate our services. These terms do not transfer ownership of our materials or grant permission to reproduce or commercially distribute them without authorization, except as permitted by law.

We may respond by email to inquiries you submit. Promotional email updates require the separate optional email consent on our contact form. You may unsubscribe from those updates at any time or contact info@girderai.com. Email consent does not constitute SMS consent.

7. Girder AI Customer Support & Service Text Messages

By entering your mobile number and selecting the text message consent checkbox on our contact form, you authorize Girder AI Inc. to send customer support and service-related text messages at the phone number you provided. This program does not include promotional or marketing text messages. Providing a phone number without selecting the checkbox does not enroll you.

Frequency and costs

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and support needs. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase or submitting an inquiry.

Opt out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel text messages. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out; no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You may also email info@girderai.com to withdraw consent.

Delivery

Message delivery depends on your wireless provider and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Only provide a number you own or are authorized to use, and let us know if your number changes.

Messaging privacy

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for information about collection, use, and your choices.

8. Third-party links and availability
